Firstly, we hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. As you may be aware, COVID19 is impacting everybody worldwide. 

As a business located in United Kingdom, we have had to follow goverment rules, which meant temporarily closing some stores.

We can however announce that we are officially back and running! Please make yourself custom with the below points:

  • Support: We are operating customer support on normal business days, but please bear in mind that our time zones may be different! 
  • Packaging: We are still striving to package and ship items within 24 hours of your order. 
  • Shipping Times: Once packaged, your order will be shipped! Shipping times are currently effected worldwide due to COVID19.Unfortunately, this is out of our hands, so please allow for a shipping time between 2-3 weeks, possibly more in some circumstances.
  • Tracking Numbers: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an update via email or text containing your tracking number.
